About the KadroBuild Timber Group

Situated in Coachford, Co Cork, KadroBuild Timber Ltd is an offsite manufacturer of high performance timber frame wall panels, spandrel panels and floor cassettes. 

Our timber frame panels are assembled using diagonal bracing members connected by punched metal plate fasteners which provide strength and stability to the panels (similar to a roof truss but in rectangular shape). This removes the need for external sheathing boards used in traditional timber frame. The thermal performance of our timber frame panels is exceptional as we fit a 90mm PIR board to the interior face of all our panels. This eliminates any air leakage between the studs (traditional timber frame fit the insulation between the studs).

Since launching in August 2024, KadroBuild has produced 130+ units. We recently completed the 96-unit Millboro development in Kerrypike, Co Cork for The O’Flynn Group.
